It also showed her date of immigration as 1851, the same as her mother. In the 1920 census, she is living with her daughter Louise (or Louisa) and her husband August Beyer. They are living on a farm on Seneca Road, in Elma township. When she died, she lived on Seneca St. Ebenezer. She is listed as being age 71, a widow, and born in Alsace Lorraine (not Hesse as the 1900 census shows). It says she can read, but not write, and her native tongue was German. Both of her parents are listed as being born in Germany, and their native tongue as German. It also shows her citizenship as being 1852. In the 1912 Buffalo City Directory, she is listed as Eschrich, Elizabeth, wid Michael, and living r 853 Seneca.}
